Privacy
Our software provides patients with the ability to restrict access to sensitive Personal Health Information (PHI).

Safety
Although patient information privacy is important, patient care is critical – so we enable caregivers to have ‘break the glass’ access to restricted PHI in emergency situations, where appropriate. This enables caregivers to respect patient privacy while still providing uninterrupted care.

Security
Auditing is required to ensure patient privacy. Our software generates an audit trail for all access to PHI. When a clinician breaks the glass, the privacy officer is automatically notified by e-mail or pager, allowing them to make the patient aware of the breach and the reason for it.

HIPAAT provides interoperable, patient-centric consent management solutions to the healthcare industry. Our SOA-based software enables patients to control access to sensitive electronic personal health information (PHI) and allows care providers to meet patient privacy requirements.

HIPAAT software directly supports care providers, electronic medical records, personal health records, health information exchanges and nationwide health networks, and complements identity and access management (IAM) offerings.
